I disagree that the quality of models on WIN is going down. I think what you're seeing instead is that Lee is booking a larger variety of appearances; and that, in turn, makes it far more likely that each viewer/member will find they aren't as attracted to some of the more recent ladies as they are to previous ones. In general, WIN seems to have typically shot petite women with small or average chests, and natural breasts in the past - though there were certainly exceptions (Mercedes especially jumps to mind). In recent months, however, WIN has expanded to include some larger models with bigger chests as well as multiple models with fake breasts. If you're really not a fan of "thicker" models, "enhanced" breasts, or large tits though then I could see why you're not exactly pleased with the decision to bring in models that don't necessarily look like gymnasts or dancers.

Now, I admit, I've noticed while watching some of the scenes posted in the last few weeks that a few of the newer models simply don't "do it" for me as well as others. This isn't to say that they aren't talented or are unattractive, just that they don't get the same reaction out of me as say Nikita, Natalia, or Lucy (and many others). That said, I think you'll find posts on these forums for each of the newer models that show they have a fan base, so I think it comes down to "beauty being in the eye of the beholder" or "to each his/her own".

This gets me thinking though - perhaps Lee should create a poll asking the forum-goers to select which of the newer models we'd most like to see come back for another shoot in the near future. Included could even be a "none" option for people, such as yourself, that would prefer Lee focuses on bringing back some of the more veteran WIN models rather than the newer bunch. In the thread people could either show their support for some of the newer ladies or provide constructive criticism on why some of the more recent models simply don't meet their expectations. So long as people remain civilized and respect both each other and the models (where even if they aren't a fan of their appearance or their work they still express this fact in a calm and non-attacking manner), I think Lee and the rest of the staff could find such a thread quite useful in providing feedback on what the fan base is looking for from future shoots. It's just a thought...

It has made me think that I definitely can't please everyone though, especially with the current update rate anyway. I think the site now is in a position of having to make more daily updates to cater for it's members, say at least 2 video updates everyday just to please everyone. I have the problem too of not everyone wants the incest related scenes so ideally I could update 1 of each type of scene everyday, an incest (bro/sis/aunt scene), and a regular (Friend, housemate, direct to viewer scene etc) then also that would add 2 different models everyday which would help keeping everyone's tastes cater for. Other than that is to split the site so into an incest only site and a regular masturbation encouragement site. These are a few things that I have been thinking of for a while with the end result being to make the WIN members as happy as I can

It doesn't seem that long ago that some members were moaning because the girls weren't "girl-next-door" types and looked too much like "porn stars". I understand that it's incredibly tough to find models that look great, can talk-the-talk, will travel to the WIN location and actually show up for the shoot!

As for the incest/mainstream scenes - for me, the sister scenes are WIN's USP - no other site in the world does them at this kind of quality and if there was a seperate WIN sister site I'd be on it like a shot!

I never mentioned the quality of the scenes, it is the quality of the women.

Not to start anything here between us, but the first two paragraphs of my post were entirely about the women and their appearance. To sum up, the "issue" is that WIN has been expanding the type of model it shoots in recent months from almost entirely being petite girls next door to include a greater range of body types - leading to some larger models, bigger breasts, and "enhanced" chests making their way to the site, for example. This change may not be to everyone's liking (as obviously you don't approve) as everyone has their own personal views on what makes an attractive woman; but all you have to do is look at these forums to see there are at least some people that find each and every model on the site beautiful. Besides, if Lee/WIN didn't think a woman was attractive then I seriously doubt she'd make it onto the site.

Now, again, there have been a few models recently that I haven't found as attractive as the majority of those found on the site. That's simply my opinion though and I respect that others on the site may not agree. For my part, I've decided to simply try and enjoy the scenes with these ladies as much as possible when they are the daily update (and I do find that they are still talented women with pleasant voices, just not as visually arousing); and when it comes time to suggest to Lee who to bring back for future shoots I point to the models I enjoy most. To be clear though, I respect each and every one of these models for putting in the time and effort to try and craft the best/most enjoyable scenes they can; and I have yet to see a woman on WIN that I would classify as completely unattractive or ugly. Some simply just don't "do it" for me.

To end on a positive note, however, I think there have been some very attractive new models in the past three or four months. The most obvious one to me is Lucy Alexandra whom I find absolutely gorgeous (first update on January 19). Another lady I find quite sexy that had done some minor work for WIN previously but didn't release her first roleplaying clip until earlier this month is Jess. There are certainly others I've greatly enjoyed watching as well because they're not only talented but I find quite attractive. Again, to each his/her own - but I've been very pleased with the overall "hotness" level of the newer models and certainly don't think there's been some glaring drop off in quality of appearance on the site...

Side-tracking this conversation for a quick moment, I like the sound of that, Lee! More content is never something I'm going to complain about .

That said, I do have one small fear regarding more frequent updates (or as you mentioned above the fact that you've wondered whether you should split WIN into two sites - incest and not - to better cater to people's interests): does that mean we're likely to see a price increase in subscription rates in the not too distant future? Obviously such a thing would easily be justified as we'd be getting quite a bit more content than we do now and your costs would be greater since you'd be shooting more, but for some of us that could be a problem depending on the amount of the increase (or if we now would need to sign up for two sites or lose out on an entire genre of clip). As such, I'm just curious if that means subscription cost increases or if you're hoping the expanded content would increase membership numbers to a point where membership rates could remain unchanged?

So, to summarize, we've seen eight brand new women (one of which shot only pictures) and two previous WIN models that filmed their first roleplaying scenes since the start of December. In that time, there's also been video updates from fourteen other ladies and twelve more have shot picture sets. Of the eight new to the site, there's one I find absolutely stunning, one I like a lot, three more that I find attractive, two that have some physical features I like but aren't really my style, and one that just simply doesn't "do it" for me. That's just my own personal opinions though - others certainly disagree, and that's fine.

Do with that information what you will, but I'd say, personally, that 5 to 3 is a very good ratio for new models. Just my opinion.

Variety is important. Men are instinctively built to want variety, which is why so many extra-marital fantasies / realities occur. I like the combination of covergirls and girls next door, of slight perversion or conventional situations.

But if you want honest feedback, please bear in mind that when a guy like Touri above makes this kind of comment, you could realistically presume that there are many members who feel the same way and are too polite to join the forum and risk the backlash by actually speaking up about their disappointed opinion.

Dionysus is consistantly supportive, but if you review what he actually says in this thread, it in many ways concurs with some of Touri's overall point, just politely and with a positive tone.

What got me to subscribe to the site was a combination of :

1. the naturally cute girls out of my league (such as Charlie and Saphire and both Brookes), unflawed in face and body.

2. the slightly imperfect (also natural) girls who seem like the kind I could realistically meet at a pub and possibly leave with at closing time (such as Roxy and Michelle and Becky)

3. the less glamorous "girl next door" types who I might not have noticed or might not have been attracted to, who because of this site I get to see what was hiding under the clothes of those teachers and cashiers and clerks and ladies passing on the street who I might have thought were too plain to warrant a second thought (such as Karen, Denise, Sam, Ashleigh). The thrill of seeing these natural women talk sexy and be nude is a cool thing. Shannon surprised me with possibly one of the most perfect female figures of all your models here, and became one of my top WiN favorites.

I downloaded exactly one WiN video with an obviously "enhanced" model, and I deleted it after a partial viewing. My natural animal instincts have a blueprint that compares what I see with known female shapes, and it does not recognize the unrealistic shapes and visible scarlines. I could be looking at a lamp post for all it does for me. But you broaden your membership if some folks who like that look join up, I guess.

So my favorite are the natural pretty girls, plus the natural next-door types.

Just for your statistics, I am not so interested with some of your most popular models, the super skinny ones who look like they have partied a bit much (such as Nikita) but I understand that many members like their attitude and performance.

I keep reading on this forum that location is a problem, coupled with no-shows. Sounds like you are not in London, so your selection is limited to who is nearby or willing to travel. I would imagine that there are a ton more possible models in the big city of London, so have you considered going to where the talent is, and planning around a 3 or 4 day stay in London, where you could shoot 10 or 15 models one after the other, in a big busy session? The economy is bad and there are plenty of good looking women who can talk the talk, who would kill to get work like this. You could even come to America / Canada for a week and shoot enough updates for several months. I could get you dozens of girls over on this side of the pond.

Lucy shoots very regular, in fact she is the most regular model we shoot at the moment so she will have at least one new scene on the site every week ... and your right about the personality, it's very wicked lol
