Download 1080p option missing

The new website does not offer the option to download videos in 1080p (full HD).
The only options available now are either 4K or 540p.
It seems like a mistake because "streaming quality" and "highest quality" are both 540p.
Will you bring back the ability to download 720p and 1080p?
4K takes a long time and too big file, not really necessary for most videos.
