Hello, yes, it's expensive but I sold my Quest 2 256GB on ebay for £230 so it didn't hurt so much. As expected Quest 3 is better: better pancake lenses, better clarity, much bigger sweet spot (area where everything you see in VR is sharp - Quest 2 suffers here) and higher screen resolution. Speakers are better and louder too. Yes, you can stream videos from websites however video quality may not be so good if your broadband can't handle 8K VR content. What I do is I download it with the highest quality to my PC (because I want to keep them) but don't copy to my Quest 3 anymore. Now I just stream VR videos to my Quest 3 via my 5G Wi Fi 6 router with SKYBOX VR PLAYER app I bought for a few £. But if you still want to copy any VR content to your Quest 3, just connect it to your PC and do good old "copy - paste".
Hope it helps!
