Membership Issues - Westbill Support

Westbill Support Ticket: #CBK-734-15071

I have a number of issues that I raised in this ticket and not one of them was addressed by westbill support. I was double billed, I was download limited after 11 videos & 1.5 GBs of data, and I was unable to access the site earlier (I do have access now but the ticket when it was opened originally showed it expired 15 hours into a 3 month subscription.) Below is the ticket opened and where it showed membership expired as well as their response and the 2 transactions on my bank account.

1. Why is my bank is showing I was billed twice for membership?
2. Why was I only able to downloand 1.5 GBs before being told I reached a limit when the site advertises no restrictions and nothing in terms of service about a limit either "100% Exclusive Content

3. Why can I not access anything today. I logged in and its telling me I need to upgrade to premium.

Westbill support is a joke. If they are 24/7/365 then they are ignoring my reply and reopening of this ticket. It's been well over 24 hours since they have addressed anything.

And now they have closed the ticket again without comment on my reply. I am still showing 2 separate charges on my bank account.

My membership ended today. This site has gone from one of the best I have ever been a member of to one of the worst. 3 months and no response on the forum. Being flat out lied to regarding "no restrictions" - 10-11 downloads a day is a pretty heavy restriction. Then the joke that is Westbill support who give generic responses that have no basis on the issues raised if you even get a response in the first place. Truly sad for what this site has lost especially when the models and photographers/videographers are still top notch. I will not be rejoining the site as long as Westbill is involved and will be warning others against joining as well. I hope you get back to your former standards soon.

Yeah same issue last time I signed up for the multiple site ticket (was annoyed it didn't include VR).
Tried to make sure uneasnt rebilled and had to contact their customer services. Access got blocked within the billing period I'd paid for and like you, had limits on downloads.

I'm sorry for the lack of response, its no excuse but we have had a major change on the sites with hosting/billing etc. Please let me know if you still haven't had a response and i will chase it up.

With regards to download limits, we have always had unlimited downloads but unfortunately due to others "Site Ripping" and listing EVERY available scene its becoming more and more difficult to film performers when they see their scenes all over the internet for FREE. This way the members are still able to DL a decent amount of scenes per day but it restricts site ripping which means theres less illegal sharing. We update with just over 30 scenes per month on WankitNow so the ability to be able to download 10X that per month should be fine.
